cpu_opv system call。一个可以在用户态执行不被抢断一些操作的API，还没被merge，目测merge后malloc/trace/user-space scheduler都要改一波。可以搭配restartable sequence (merged in 4.18)使用 https://lwn.net/Articles/650333/
